Become a Speaker


We invite you to submit a thought-provoking informative session to be featured alongside our seasoned speakers passionate about sharing their knowledge in Customer Success. Our team searches year-round for CS, CSOps and Support experts who are willing to partner with TCC to deliver the best possible content experience. In a nutshell, TCC speakers are highly experienced hands-on practitioners, innovators and visionaries and our mission is to provide our attendees with the latest findings, methodologies, and frameworks in a practical and actionable manner.

What is important for us:

  • When are the submission deadlines?
    Submissions will be considered for any speaking opportunities the applicant expresses interest in. The TCC speaking opportunities are open only to non-vendors.   • How many speaking proposals can I submit?
    We encourage you to make several submissions of sessions/talks proposals
  • When will I know if I've been accepted?
    Your application will be reviewed within 14 day of the deadline, and a member of our team will contact you if there is a fit.
  • Are speakers required to meet specific logistical requirements?
    Please make sure you are available for the entire event in-person; TCC will cover your registration fee
